Returns/Exchanges
At Piado we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be processed within 15 days of the date on your shipping confirmation email. Due to health code regulations, which prevent us from taking returns on any underwear that has been worn, we only issue returns on:
- 1. Products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship
- 2. Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
